IM INSURE ABOUT WHAT EQUIPMENT TO HIRE?
If you're
not sure about what equipment is best for the job, speak to our
professional team over the phone or online through email. We can help
you to find the equipment that is suited to your project requirements –
whether it's a skid steer loader or prime mover with side tippers.
HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?
You can request a quote by
calling our hire team or emailing us on
equipment@goldfieldstruckandplant.com.au, we will ask you a few
questions about your project and can provide a quote either verbally or
in writing.
IS AN OPERATOR PROVIDED AS PART OF THE EQUIPMENT HIRE?
Goldfields
Truck and Plant Hire offer wet hire facility for equipment on our fleet
inventory, providing fully-qualified, experienced and safety trained
specialised operators for short or long-term projects as required.
Please contact our hire team directly when enquiring about our wet hire
capabilities.
HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
Account customers can
confirm booking by forwarding the signed hire proposal and a company
purchase to our hire team for confirmation.
CAN I OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR CREDIT?
Absolutely. If
you don't have an account with Goldfields Truck and Plant Hire you can
request the account application by emailing us on
equipment@goldfieldstruckandplant.com.au
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN HIRING?
Once your account application has been processed and approved a deposit is not required when making a booking.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR A HIRE?
Account customers use
our invoice system, based on your payment terms which will be confirmed
once your account application has been processed and approved.
**Please note we do not have credit card facilities. All payments are to be made by EFT to our nominated bank account**
CAN I HAVE THE EQUIPMENT DELIVERED?
Yes, Goldfields Truck and Plant Hire offers delivery and pick up services on all our equipment.
WHAT IF I CAN'T RETURN THE EQUIPMENT ON TIME?
Please touch base with us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to allow you to keep the item to complete your job.
DO YOU PROVIDE 24/7 SERVICE?
Yes, our hire team and mechanics provide 24hr 7 days a week support for all our equipment.
